We have a range of same day and next day flower delivery options. All our next day deliveries are dispatched by courier in secure flower dispatch boxes. Our postal flower range are arranged bouquets, our Flowers by the Stem range are flowers sent unarranged. Please click here to view more details.

Order Notification
You will be sent an email notification that your order has been received shortly after reaching the Order Confirmation screen. This email will summarise the full details of your order - including confirmation of recipient and card message. This will be sent to the e-mail address you provided within the 'Your Details' section of the order form. We would advise you to print and retain this information. Your order confirmation will contain an individual order number. If you need to call us about your order please ensure you have this order number ready as it allows us to find the details of your order easily.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All product prices are quoted in Euro. For international orders, your floral order will be filled to value based on current currency exchange rates. In the event we cannot fill your floral order for the amount quoted, you will be contacted via e-mail.

Viewing Orders & My Account Area
Registering for the My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting us again, making it faster to place future orders. There is also an address book to store your recipients details, together with a log of orders previously placed. You may also check the status of an order in your account area. This is not a ralltime service but is available the following day. I am afraid we do not have a facility to check postal flowers only courier delivery and same day deliveries.
Note - you do not have to have an account to make an order.
Updating Account Information
The site provides the ability for you to maintain and update your details. Postal Flower will use the information provided to us to assist us in delivering your order. As a result it is important that you maintain your information so that we can process order correctly and that items are sent to the intended location.
