When doing so, we try to adhere to the substitution guidelines detailed below:

  • Any substitution will be of superb quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Care is taken to try and maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement
  • The value of the replacement flower, plant, balloon or other gift will be equal to, or greater than, the original ordered.
  • When substitution is necessary, the utmost care is taken to provide items which maintain the overall effect of the gift
  • Due to time constraints it is not always possible to communicate substitution requirements to the customer
