We endeavour to have the flowers look as close as possible to the online flower picture,if we have all the flowers available. Many types of flowers are seasonably available, and this may vary depending on region and country.Occasionally, therefore, the florist may need to substitute one flower variety or plant, or indeed packaging and sundry items, for another. When doing so, we try to adhere to the substitution guidelines detailed below:

  • Any substitution will be of superb quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Care is taken to try and maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement
  • The value of the replacement flower, plant, balloon or other gift will be equal to, or greater than, the original ordered.
  • When substitution is necessary, the utmost care is taken to provide items which maintain the overall effect of the gift
  • Due to time constraints it is not always possible to communicate substitution requirements to the customer

All bouquets are beautifully hand-tied by expert florists and packed in gift wrapping paper. To ensure a long lasting, and fresh gift, our florist then place the bouquet in a water pack. Your gift will be hand delivered, anywhere in Dublin, by one of our hugely experienced drivers. If you are anywhere else in Ireland, one of our couriers will hand deliver your order in a box.
